What is Jigsaw Training?
- To expand and give tools and knowledge of situational awareness, workplace violence and active shooter in the corporate profession.

- Certified training for Armed and Unarmed Security Officers to meet Tennessee state requirements by a state certified instructor.
- Real World Knowledge and tools in basic handgun safety, personal awareness and preparation for any violent attacks.
Vision
Today's worldview has shown that violence is on the rise. Acknowledging that a rise in violence exists, we give people the tools to address and respond to any violent incident. We also offer other ways to respond to conflict and have a resolution that is good for all. But ultimately, we should all want to be "Better Tomorrow Than We are Today".
About Instructor
Bobby Spangler
Bobby began his career at the Knox County Sheriff’s Office in 1986, starting in the Corrections division. Upon completing the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy in 1988 moved onto the Patrol Division. Through his career he worked his way up through the Detective division, K-9 handler position, Corrections Training Officer, DUI task force, and which time had the opportunity to move into mid-level supervision within the corrections division and in 2001 moved into an Assistant Chief position as the Facility Commander over the Knox County Sheriff’s Detention Facility. He was later assigned as the Law Enforcement Training Director as well as the K-9 Director. In 2009 Bobby attended the Law Enforcement Innovation Center Supervisor and Leadership Academy and graduated after 7-week course. In 2010 He was moved into Assistant Chief /Law Enforcement administration position overseeing the Training Division, Swat Commander, Patrol Division, Reserve Division, Dispatch Division, Fleet Division, and the Mental Transport Division for the Knox County Sheriff’s office. Throughout his career he attended numerous Training, Educational and Management/Leadership Courses. In 2015 after 28.5 years Bobby retired from the Knox County Sheriff’s Office. In 2017 Bobby had the opportunity to become an Administrative Manager overseeing Security in the Healthcare field locally in Knoxville and in 2020 joined the Shield and Buckler Security Inc.
